1. KERAK TELOR (EGG CRUST)


Egg crust is native foods Jakarta (Betawi), with the materials of white sticky rice, chicken egg, ebi (salted dried shrimp) is added dry roasted onions fried, then given a refined flavor of toasted coconut, red chilies, kencur , ginger, pepper grains, salt and sugar.

PS: you can find this food in front of Fatahilah Museum.. This food is only IDR 10.000,-


2. TAHU GEJROT (GEJROT TOFU)
Tofu is a food typical gejrot Cirebon, Indonesia. Know gejrot consists of knowing which was fried and then cut a little bit and then eaten with a sauce of chili seasonings, onion, sugar. Usually served in small of area.

This food also you can find in front of Museum Fatahilah, and cost for this food is only IDR 3000.
